Location is in extremely congested place. Food is average with toilet locks broken, old furniture, bed, etc and shabby bathrooms

The room was comfortable; however, the breakfast experience was not satisfactory. The menu could offer a wider variety of options, and a buffet system would be more convenient than requiring guests to request items from the hotel staff every time.

Excellent place to stay. Very calm and peaceful. You can watch over the mountains from the terrace. Many good eateries nearby.

It is in centre of the city, easily accessible to the shoppings and to try all kind of cuisine. We stayed in 5th floor with garden view it was awesome. They shoukd improve their breakfast buffet

Well located in thamel, but very difficult to locate because of the narrow lanes of thamel, and it’s weird name’the address’. Photo of the rooms are veer different from the actual room. Had a very uncomfortable 3 nights

We were booked the hotel only for one day because we just want to check if it is good or not. Bt when we saw the hygienic room and their services we booked that room for next 2 days more. We liked the yummy breakfast. All the staff manager cook waiters security guard everyone shows their regards to us. Everytime when we go to kathmandu this hotel is our first and last choice ever

Location wise it’s very appropriate, the food is good but can be better service was amazing staff is polite helpful highly recommended.

Hotel is right in down down of kathmundu. Nice ambience & good quality roads. Complementary breakfast was nice. Staff are very courteous. & helpful. With himalayan wonders stay was easy. One can purchase anything nearby for treks, travel etc indian & other restaurants are close by along with quality massage centres

A very nice hotel, rooms are big and airy, staff are helpful and cordial. Food was homely and service is excellent. Only negative point is it being on Thamel, cars are not allowed till the hotel at certain times, but that actually should not hold you back from staying at this hotel.

Rooms are good but food are too costly, no taste, and they deduct additional charge if paid by credit card.
