Great stay at Ramada Kathmandu

Stayed 4 nights at this property for work. Plus points: Location is good, very close to most of the tourist places and airport. Reception staff is very good. I got upgraded deluxe room which is huge and very comfortable with a large bathroom and cupboard area. Housekeeping team is good and keeps room fresh and clean. Bathroom have shower and tub and it's good I had a very peaceful sleep all 4 nights. Bed is super large with a good linen. Used rooftop restaurant once and it very good. The ambience, service, bar is great. Needs improvement: Breakfast I found a bit monotonous. The restaurant and service is ok. suggest more food options. The dining is a bit more expensive than expected. Taxi option: The boy at door is very helpful to get a app taxi and also tells charge. One day a staff at reception offrr me a day trip for sightseeing. I believe and paid the asked charges but it was a disaster. The van looks like local passenger carrying cart with 0 leg space. I had no option but to spend whole day in a crap vehicle. Tip: Always check ur vehicle.

The Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi lives up to its brand when it comes to architecture, room size, and layout. The staff was attentive, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall ambience quite pleasant. However, the food experience was highly disappointing — both during breakfast and dinner. The taste and quality need serious re-evaluation. The paneer and potato slices were chewy, the poha lacked any flavor, and the rotis (phulkas) were as hard as papad. I did bring this to the attention of the local staff, but unfortunately, none of the items across the meals stood out or were worth appreciating. Food is a critical part of hospitality, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Location is nearby airport, food was very good. Included amenities all were available. Service of the staff was pleasant. On demand Services were available. Over all I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi. Hospitality no1.I will be willing to go again at the Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi. Ramada Wyndham Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi at khatmandu is located at a driving distance from airport. Food was good and it was to my taste buds.hospitality and cleanliness were excellent. I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi and also recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful one-day stay at this Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi with our family. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants. Despite our short stay, we felt relaxed and well taken care of. It was a perfect spot for a family getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi. The Ramada by Wyndham Kathmandu Dhumbarahi was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was perfectly arranged. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was superb with a great variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!
