However, we would like to clarify a few points from your review: Travel Desk: We do have a dedicated travel desk right beside the reception, always ready to assist with travel plans, ticket bookings, trekking, and sightseeing arrangements. Television: All our rooms are equipped with 40-inch flat-screen TVs. If there were any issues during your stay, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them immediately. Charging Points: While not beside every bed, power outlets are available in all rooms, and we are currently working on upgrading plug point placements for added convenience. Mosquito Issue: We regularly take preventive measures to keep rooms mosquito-free. However, we apologize if this was a concern during your stay. We are always available to help guests with any concerns during their visit, and we regret not having the chance to resolve these while you were with us.
