Hotel design and lobby is really well designed, buffet was pretty average not a wide spread. Room was ok and had view of hills

A big thanks to their staff for keeping us safe during the Gen-Z tough time. We never face tension as they give full security to all their customers.

The stay was really awesome. Hotel is built like a palace having good ammenties. I would like to state that breakfast and dinner were also delicious. I will stay in same hotel whenever I visit Kathmandu next time.

Property location is central with everything nearby. Food was a little expensive, but it was not extravagant. this hotel gave us the services of a 5 star hotel. Very pleased and will definitely come back.

Hotel is really excellent with clean and maintained swimming pool. Staff is polite and curteous . Good service. SPA rates are high.

The bathroom in room number 110 was stinky. Free pick from airport facility was there but phone numbers given by them were not working. They did not reply to email. Did a lot of argument in providing the agreed written facility of one way pick up.

Hotel nice. staff very polite breakfast food menu good and we had a variety for vegetarian food. Hotel is well in vicinity and still calm and quite. overall a very nice experience by whole family.

The presentation of this hotel is very good, staff is very polite, but if you are vegetarian, you won't get much options here. Rooms are specious and good, spa people are good, the employee at the bar named bishal is very good.

I recently stayed at hotel shankar palatial in kathmandu and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable, offering a nice retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel has excellent connectivity to thamel marketplace, which made our excursions convenient. The food options for indian cuisine were limited, the dishes available were average. Given the price, we did expect a bit more variety in the food selection. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and the staff were always eager to help. If you prioritize location and comfort over an extensive menu, this hotel is a good choice. For future stays, i hope they expand their indian food offerings. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Property overall is good, but their attached washrooms are really bad, no space to stand even. Breakfast menu is very limited for vegetarians.
