I have booked hotel online. It shows good reviews. However in reality not as we expected. Rooms are clean, however there no proper services room services. Whenever we asked for towel, they said towels not available, went for laundry! How come hotel’s don’t have reserve or additional basic things required for daily basis. We stayed on 4th floor, if you are young and can climb stairs 3-4 days then ok, if not then stay on 1st two floors as there is no elevator at hotel.

Location is the best so as the hotel for the price range, all amenities provided, round the clock hot water with good pressure, for introvert like me I chose top floor tht is 5th. Only one room on Tht floor however there is no elevator. Bike parking available.

familyVery good budget hotel. Less than 2k you get all amenities be it toiletries, fresh towel, tea maker, dryer. Highly recommended for family of you looking for budget but only constraint is they have 2 rooms on each floor and dot have lifts so if anyone looking for old age parents, book on 1st floor as ground floor don't have rooms. Staff behaviour was good

The hotel is in a poor location inside small lanes, where getting a car is extremely difficult the hotel does not have lift. Not great food options the lighting in bathroom is bad, and the room is congested. The blankets are dirty, has stains. But courteous and helpful staff - very polite.

However, we do change our bedsheets, pillows cover and blanket cover everyday. Only if guest dont want to change we will not do it otherwise our housekeeping does it every day. Regarding our hotel location yes we agree it is 1 minutes walk from main road as we are located in the main tourist hub thamel but car can come inside easily. Thank you for liking our staff. coupleI had a very pleasant stay for three days, it was my first visit to kathmandu, the check in and check out was easy, the people in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and spacious, neat and all amnesties provided. The breakfast menu was nice and tasty. Would love to stay here again if i plan a trip to kathmandu.
