Hospitality at it’s best!!

The entire experience was exceptional- right from the clean and tidy rooms, to the view from the 11th floor. Food was also good, breakfast buffet was quite exotic. A special shout out to Bhavana- warm and wonderful lady at the help desk. She helped me plan my kathmandu visit and the major attractions closeby. Her generosity and kindness made the stay even better.

Good property with excellent facilities at affordable prices. Location is good and tourist attraction like swayabudhha temple, chandragiri hills and kathmandu durbar square are nearby. Food at the coffee shop is excellent. Very humble and courteous staff. Swimming pool is nice and clean with small kids pool with proper water tubes for safety.

Everything was Good the Facility provided was great... I have only complaint with my stay that the some staff of Hotel Crowne Imperial crown imperial were kind of impolite, if they need to deny for something they become rude and answer backs to you they become rigid at some decisions also. But overall experience was good
