Vivanta Kathmandu

Initially, they arrived late to pick me up at the airport followed with cleanliness problem in rooms and restaurant (as I ordered mushroom soup and found hair in it). I was not expecting that from Vivanta.

Had an amazing stay at Vivanta Kathmandu. Food is sumptous and staff is courteous. Hotel is located in a very happening locality which makes the stay even more wonderful. Vivanta's Rooftop offers spectacular view of the Kathmandu Valley , with Akari & Koko (their rooftop restaurant) serving the most delicious food. Overall a great experience.

Good hospitality from check in tocheck out superb location superb food breakfast good indian variety dinner thali was very good chef use to make according to our choice pool restaurant very good with bar spa is cheap whole staff is kind and welcoming with smile i will recommend strongly to everyone to stay

Amazing stay and complete team was very cooperative. Amazing hospitality and they ensured that we are comfortable and best taken care off be it food or check in or exit procedures. Special mention for mr suresh and complete team along with anup and complete team as well

Despite having paid for free breakfast and one major meal, i was made to pay 1015- ( one third of the total bill of major meal lunch taken on 24. 06. 24. This is not expected from taj.

We were in Kathmandu for a family vacation. Vivanta was a very good experience. the rooms were spacious and clean with all amenities. The Vivanta staff was exceptionally helpful. Special mention of Meela in reservation, the entire Front office staff, Anup at the Mynt and Binay at front office for their support.

Had a bad experience as we had to wait for 3 hours to get into the room despite our booking being confirmed. Overall service was very slow.

Had a very pleasant stay with family. It is in a in a very happening locality where you get good night life. Room was spacious and kept near and clean. Staff is very courteous

The hotel is located close to shopping centers, restaurants, malls, and other tourist conveniences. The hotel is full of tourists. They welcome you with a welcome drink and shawl and treat you well. The rooms are spacious and a fruit bowl greets you in the room. The reception guys are a little oversmart, so beware; they can upgrade you to better rooms, but the intent may not be genuine. The bathrooms have hot water, the fixtures are of good quality. The air dryer is nice, the plug is a bit loose, keeps falling off. The buffet spread, which has a wide variety of options, is worth paying for more than an alacarte. There is a gym, a spa, and a sauna, all of which are professional and luxurious. They charge you a bomb for a pick-up and drop-off, but it is hassle-free, especially if you are a tourist and don't have local currency. If you have local currency, they will help you call a cab for just 800 n pr instead of their 2500 n pr cab service. Note for indians, only rs. 100 inr denominations are accepted, inr 500 notes are not accepted. There is a mall within walkable distance. Overall, a good stay. Make sure if carry an umbrella, kathmandu rains intermittently. Also being a hill country, temperate drops, so you may want to carry a jacket or few woolens.

Strategically located, awesome rooms, lovely food and wonderful staff- all this describes vivanta kathmandu. We enjoyed our stay here and would like to stay again here. The staff was very helpful and suggested different tour plans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. They also connect you with travel agents so that you can plan nicely.

Vivanta kathmandu is very nice, welcoming hotel, reception was very good and friendly staff, polite, well spoken, their main highlight is swimming pool

Food was very tasty but very less variety in buffet. Staff was very supportive and location was excellent.

Breakfast spread was very less. You have limited choices also team at reception was not very helpful.

I had nice short & sweet stay @ Vivanta! It’s located at happening place of Kathmandu. It’s an ideal hotel to have mouthwatering delicious delicacy for food lover without compromising Hygiene standard. Kudos to entire team Vivanta at front & back desk for their tireless effort to keep all their guest happy! 👍

Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Kiran at reception helped setting up our travel arrangements at Kathmandu and did a great job. Breakfast was healthy and lunch / dinner menu was delicious. Room was spacious.

Great location close to happening restaurants and labium mall, great room, plush and hygienic, good internet and tv, fantastic service, tasty food with good choice of indian cuisine, excellent spa. Friendly staff. Priced slightly high but worth it.
