Good and peaceful to stay! beautiful service and location.

Stayed for 9 nights and 10 days. Location is great as it is walking distance to main areas and also peaceful from noise and pollution. Property is old with wooden pillars etc. but beautifully maintained by the owner Mr. Sunil and his team. Wonderful host and very polite and great associates. Food is good and made by the qualified Chef. Ms. Inu Siddhi at reception counter was very helping and always goes extra mile to see that services are delivered. I really appreciate the politeness and humble team of the Hotel Heranya who give a personalised touch to the services offered. The property also have a cute pet dog called “Puppy” . I am happy with the money paid and services offered . 👍

The stay at Hotel Heranya heranya was wonderful. In u (one at the reception) is the best part of it and she was there for all help throughout, giving support at the Hotel Heranya, giving guidance for local markets and shopping, serving great food etc. Rooms were decent and clean, but very small. Some rooms are good, some are bad. Less choice of breakfast. Rooms amenities could be better. Insufficient illumination in the rooms. The best thing is the behavior and the courtesy of the staff. The owners are also involved in the business and look into customers satisfaction. Will go back for the homely feeling.

The Hotel Heranya is located centrally and is very peaceful. Indian embassy is just at 10 minutes walking distance. Main markets are also located nearby. Food is good. Hosts are also very cordial.
