Great product, it’s an Oasis in Kathmandu!

The housekeeping was excellent and overall the property is quite nice. Rooms are good, maintenance is on point, and the pool area is really well kept. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only issue I had was with the breakfast buffet — the spread was limited and not very impressive. Also, the crockery and glassware used at the restaurant were really disappointing. The bowls were very poorly designed — more for show than actual use. It was uncomfortable eating sambar or veggies from them. Even the sugar sachets were placed in awkward bowls. Plates were too small too. Honestly, that was the only bad part of the experience. Everything else, especially the service, was outstanding. But the crockery definitely needs improvement — it should be practical, not just fancy looking.

THE MAIN ENTRANCE, ROOM, AND CORRIDOR DOORS ARE VERY OLD AND NOT POLISHED, LOOKING VERY OLD. 1ST Appearance MAKES US VERY SAD AS WE EXPECTED 5 STAR HOTEL LOOKS LIKE THIS. POLISHING DOORS AND LOCKS REPLACEMENT WILL NOT COST MORE. SOME OF THE DOOR LOCKS ARE BROKEN AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, CORRIDOR CARPET NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, SAP AND OTHER AREAS ALSO NEED TO UPGRADE, BALANCE ALL OK. INSIDE ROOM, BREAK FAST, STAFF, RECEPTION AREA ALL GOOD AND OK.

Had a great stay.. The Hyatt Regency Kathmandu has great amenities.. Resteraunt, casino.. It is such an inclusive space that even if you dont want to go out you can enjoy there. Additionally, the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu staff is exceptionally sweet. They really helped us with everything that was needed from cab arrangements to early breakfast packing at 5am to room change in the middle of night. Every request was accomodated

The property is amazing, full of lush greenery. They have conceptualised the architecture from the ancient nepal and has come out really well. The quality of food and service is also as per standards of a 5 star property. They need to possibly work on speed of service as at times room service takes longer than usual.

On this friday continue rain was there and it is 280 room Hyatt Regency Kathmandu and they were having only 20 umbrellas for guest. So we were having no option but to stay in Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. And they were not ready to accept

Food is great. Excellent location. Wonderful vibes. Rooms need renovation. Hotel is scattered in a very big space giving an experience of grand entrance. Lots of greenery all across the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. Swimming pool is nice.
