Lemon Tree Hotel

not so good as I was expecting! disappointed in everything. Waste of money. Not good service. There was only one man who was on the reception also so rude!

Staff was very rude, no parking safe even room was also not clean. They don’t have lift also. Room was smelling badly.

Room given not as per discription and not give mentioned amenities. We have no other option so we stay in lemon tree pvt. Ltd hotel, thamel kathmandu

The property is really good! it’s nearby thamel market. There’s a cafe as well where you can easily grab such wonderful food. You can easily access laundry service as well. The room is really good, the staff is amazing and very friendly! so far i had no issue! you can only get breakfast in hotel. For other meals, you can either go to that cafe which is just in front of the hotel or any other presences you have. I would recommend this hotel very highly

The Hotel is located in Market Area Thamel which is easily reachable from any location of the city by local taxi.Hotel not having own restaurant but provides breakfast cooked in their own kitchen which is delicious.Room are neat and clean but AC not cooling properly. There is no hotel staff , only one receptionist who is co -owner of the hotel. Hotel owner has their own scarpio which is offered by them for hiring as a taxi but they do not plan your tour professionally which leads to visit limited places within a day.

It was terrible stay. We could pass one night time and next day we checked out. I font have any picture.

Pathetic, staff behaviour was rude, no facility, basic amenties were broken, we had to check-out next morning.

Service is very bad restaurant all the way up & no lift hotel is very inside no view from room it's dark it will show you in thamel in app but it's not

Rooms were clean and the staff of the hotel was also good and i would suggest everyone who is visiting kathmandu must check this hotel once.

I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.

Ac is not working so i am not happy in loman tree hotel services

Hotel staff is cooperative , but the ambience of the hotel is very poor , cleanliness is satisfactory , 🙏
