The room which we booked was with the window and private toilet as mentioned in the app. But the room we got is a room without window and with common toilet like a box. The hotel guy didnt listen to us as he said its website mistake, and said that they dont have any room with private toilet and windows and please complaint to the MMT

The rooms are not same as the picture. Also if we book rooms with windows they give rooms without windows also none of rooms have private toilet, all common toilet only.
