My Hotel @ KL Sentral

there are no veg options. if you are pure veg do not select this hotel. amenities, service and location is good. i requested for extension and they gave during check out.

Room service is very very poor. No food served. Property location can easily found its good. Check in and check out timing is to be reviewed ie 11 AM to 10 AM

The location was excellent, but the room they provided was not worth the tariff. The AC was continuously leaking, and there was a lot of water inside the room. In the night there was no staff at the reception. Only one staff member was there who went outside and he was very rude. He just kept one notice to call on a certain number, which was not possible for international tourists who didn't have a SIM card. I waited for around half an hour before he arrived and handed over my room's key. The behaviour of the staff in the night was really very rude. Overall room was very conjusted with some cleanliness issues.

Nice and helpful staffs. Bedsheets and toilet were clean when we arrived here. They were changed and cleaned again the next day.

Room was good. Ok to stay with family as it is very centrally located to market place. For breakfast very limited option. Staff is very cooperative.

I found this property "my hotel" from make my trip. It is just few steps away from nu sentral mall & kl sentral bus station. The rooms are well maintained and clean. And has plenty of south indian foods. And the room prices are affordable only if you book 2-3 weeks in advance. Also has free luggage drop-in facility for 3 days max after check out.

Nice and comfortable stay. Since it is in main city, we have indian food and also transport facilities.

Awesome stay at kl sentral. The location was great near to the monorail station and kl sentral station. I booked a standard room and it was decent. The hotel staff was awesome and cooperative. One thing to note that there are two buildings of my hotel kl sentral, if any one is booking for a deluxe room then it will be in the main building and for the standard room there is a separate building 10 metres away. You need to deposit rm 50 and it will be reversed after checkout. Do note that there is a policy if you wish to late check-out they will charge you around rm 10. Standard rooms are suggested only for solo and couples who want to just cut their cost but not suggest for families as it is a very small room.

Very small rooms. Separate from the main hotel. Receptionist didn't like indian guests, feel from his attitude. Overall not satisfied stay.
