Comfortable stay. Clean and hygiene. Easy to access all locations.

Location 5 on 5, rooms 2-5 facilities lacking for 350rm worth. They charge additional 200 rm as security deposit and 20 rm of tax - too high for a 3 star standard. Staff not that friendly. You get better view rooms at lower price near klcc. The hotel in midst of high traffic zone hence grabs always charge a premium. If you are traveling by metro or mono rail there is no place better than this in the heart of bukit bintang

"The room was beyond disappointing, with stained sheets, a old model toilet, iand peeling wallpaper that made it feel like a neglected, outdated apartment. The floor was sticky, the air conditioning barely worked, and the towels were threadbare and had visible holes - definitely not the level of cleanliness you expect from a hotel."

First the pros. The hotel is centrally located. Very close to bukit bintang, jalan alor, and one of the most happening places in kl, with places to hang out open late into the night. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and polite and welcoming staff. The view from our window was also amazing with the twin towers and kl skyline visible. However, the hotel is quite old so they have a few drawbacks. I'll list them here anyways at the cost of sounding nitpicky, maybe. Firstly, our room did not have a shower. It was a hand-held shower faucet. Secondly, they only have individual taps for hot and cold water, without any mixer in the middle. So every time you have to use any of the taps or shower, you have to open the taps just right to get to the proper water temperature. Thirdly, we had only one free socket available in the room. So if you want to charge / use multiple devices, it becomes difficult. Please note, the above may not be applicable to all rooms and maybe specific to my room 1207.

Safe to stay with family, the hotel apart from city tax will also take the deposit which is not mentioned.

We stayed for 4 days: pros: decent view of the petronas comfortable bed dated washroom with a good view cons the hotel is old and not refurbished recently a lot of stains on the carpet the day to day cleaning was very poor with only the bed being made and garbage cleared. No vacuuming of the carpet was done during our stay. The old toiletries were not removed. However, the new ones were added

It was an average hotel. The wash room was not upto the mark the sink was leaking. No washroom accessories were there. Just a soap and bath gel. This hotel was without pool. But the location was excellent. The breakfast was mostly vegetarian which my wife liked the most.

Nice location but hotel is expensive

Great location at the heart of bukit bintang. 2 malls are just next buildings. S rounded by many restaurants and malls. Clean and big rooms with great view. There is no swimming pool, gym here.

The rooms are decently big in size for 2 big people. The lighting is poor inside the rooms. Lift to basement was under maintenance so it created a bit of inconvenience. Breakfast is really good though. It would have been good if the juice was made from natural fruits and not tang.

Awesome stay in the heart of city. All facilities are on walking distance. The best place to be in kuala lumpur.

The hotel is well located in market place of Bukit Bintang. The hotel staff are friendly and cooperative. There are many more eating joints around including Indian restaurant. The famous Pavilion Mall is just 1 km away from the hotel. Overall, it is good selection of hotel for all types of travelers.

Room with a view, close to most happening places, good buffet breakfast, compact and comfortable room. Landscape with big window a big plus. Highly recommended.

It was best stay I'd say, its near to Alor street, which is nest for night foods and life. Nice place. Service was good.

I stay in this hotel frequently. This time I stayed with my daughter. The rooms are small but comfortable. The location is perfect right at bukit bintang area. The breakfast is elaborate. This is value for money.

Room is good, Location is good, Nice view. Problems were the bathroom flush was not working properly. Phone connection problem.

The Hotel was really accommodative of all our needs- from early check in to any special food requests at all hours of the day. Located at the perfect spot in kl, it's close to all the great locations and a really comfortable stay!
