I stayed at Media Rotana for 5 nights in the Spacious Suite during the first half of July 2022. My stay was memorable!!! I would like to thank all the staff especially Mr Essam, for being very friendly & cooperative. The suite was awesome 👌. Loved the views from the room too 🤩. The location is perfect with good connectivity to metro. The facilities in the Media Rotana are great 👍. Overall enjoyed my stay at Media Rotana😊.

Overall stay at media rotana was good. Had few issues with washroom like toilet flush was not working and tap in the bathtub was also not working properly. Spoke to front staff and the maintenance guys fixed it after a while. Other then this the stay was good and comfortable.

Trip was for business purpose, 10 mins walk to metro station. Excellent service. Clean room. NCR. Open air swimming pool is great place to relax after long day in office with an open air bar with great music. Breakfast area is good with multiple cuisine to choose from.
