The Admiral Plaza Hotel Dubai is located in the heart of Bur Dubai so its very convenient to get connected anywhere in dxb. U have the green line & red line metro connections, al ghubaiba bus station for local and other emirate buses, plenty of good food around and lots of shopping for electronics, gold, mobiles, computers, clothes & more. Receptionist Kartika was very helpful and always greeted with a smile. Receptionist Sandhya & FOM Christine was also helpful at the front desk. Bellman Izhar was very courteous and always interacted with a smile. And a special mention for housekeeping attendant Manoj, always cleaned the room with a smile and very polite to talk to. Room is very spacious but internet connection is very slow. U have to collect a voucher every week for wi-fi password. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. After a hot shower, the mirrors are covered with the steam and doesn't dissipate as the heat is trapped in the bathroom and no matter how much the mirror is wiped, the mirror gets fogged up again. If the bathtub is filled and after you finish using the bathtub and release the water, the water seeps out through the drainage located next to the bathtub mak8ng the whole bathroom floor wet. Very annoying and the male receptionist (probably an AI as he never smiled or greeted the guests) said call maintenance when it happens so it's the best solution by a receptionist to waste a guests holiday calling Admiral Plaza Hotel Dubai maintenance when the Admiral Plaza Hotel Dubai can get a permanent fix. The maintenance did check the drainage and cleaned it but the issue still persisted daily and only solution from a guest point of view is release the water slow by holding the stopper (open/close) so water releases slowly and water doesn't spill out on bathroom floor from the drainage. There is also a fridge provided. However, the freezer didn't work and ice cream purchased melted away in the freezer. However, fridge section worked. Hope the Admiral Plaza can make the necessary changes in their bathrooms & refrigerators soon to make the guests stay more comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at this Admiral Plaza Hotel Dubai. The location is really convenient and easy to access. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Room service could have been a bit better — there were slight delays, but nothing too major. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful front desk staff — they made the stay more comfortable. Overall, a nice experience and good value for money. I enjoyed my time here.

The Hotel Booking was good, but did not receive much duscount for 6 days stay in Dubai. The Offer was for 2/3 days stay only. Please give/arrange for good discount for 6 days or more. Thanks

Hotel was clean n neat. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was co-operative. They booked taxi for me to go to Airport at reasonable AED. Recommended for Indians in Dubai.
