Terrible experience

Room heater was not working, switch it on and waited 1 hour for hot water. No use. Next day morning also bathed in cold wanter in this winter season. Ac went i top of the head wehn you are sleep-in directly hitting the cold air in the face. Traclvelled with family with a 2 year old kid. This is the worst experience.
