Location was very good nice service and break fast buffet was good Good to stay nice hotel. It's very near to all resorts and beaches near Pathan. Very good.

The property is very nice, pool rooms all good just the room is little bit off lighted , overall totally best stay at affordable price

The Property is very good, neat and clean. The swimming pool is clean and easy to access. There is a locker to keep your belongings and which is non chargeable.

I recently stayed at the Nature Resort in Phuket and was impressed by the peaceful location and overall resort atmosphere. I had booked the Junior Suite Bungalow, and the room was quite comfortable. However, it lacked a basic amenity—a mirror inside the room. The only mirror available was inside the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by a concerning issue. A day before my checkout, I noticed that one towel was missing from the usual count. I suspect this was intentional by the housekeeping staff, as I’ve heard similar complaints. Upon checkout, I was charged for the “missing” towel, which felt like an unfair and dishonest practice. I strongly advise anyone staying here to always check the towel count immediately after housekeeping or whenever you return to your room. Take a photo if needed, just to be safe. The resort has potential, but management needs to address these unethical practices to ensure a trustworthy experience for future guests.

The property is very good, a lot of greenery and location is good too.. However, room service is not good. They donot provide washroom kits and phone was also not working

The Stay in the resort was excellent, Food, Pool and Overall environment was very good, Transportation to every place was easily available, 7 eleven Indian Veg restaurant is also nearby.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was quick and efficient. However, the reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, as their service felt a bit impersonal. That said, the hotel’s amenities were great, and overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Affordable prices, neatness , swimming pool, decent location to access shops & tour planning. very great experience with this natural resort. I hope I visit again when I come to phuket.

The hotel location was good.. everything is nearby like restaurants, medicals, 7/11 stores, massage parlours etc.. room is quite specious and clean.

Excellent ambience, close to nature, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are well appointed with all amenities. Value for money, perfect for family stay. Indian food option available at walking distance and stores for eatables

Reception staff is unable to serve the customers. They took so much time to allot the rooms

I was not happy with the stay. They did not have hot water. Shower wasn't working. They refused to give extra towel when we missed the cleaning window. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Location is good food average amenities is good, but in bathroom we see lot of worms often service is not good, even while vacating no alert for collecting our deposit. We remembered later and collected the same

Room was okay, service was not good, behaviour of the staff was not proper. Phone was not working rooms were empty but they were not allowing 20 mins prior check in time

It was a very good stay experience, the service is very good. They even let you keep your bags if you need to go somewhere without any charge. The rooms are very big and there is private pool access as well. The property is very big and the area is also good.

The room was so-so but toiletry (soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste etc) not provided. Toiletry already has been written in booking. But they refused to provide. Also ac was not cooling well. Geyser not working condition

The hotel staff was not at all helpful, they have over booked the rooms and given different room than what we booked, they said it's upgrade but it's not, the room was avarage and nothing works there. Phone doesn't work, taps make noises, hot water not coming, they didn't even provide any toiletries. Staff didn't help in this at all.
