I am disappointed with my recent stay. Although I had booked a room with a balcony for two days, I was allotted a room without a balcony on the first day and shifted to the correct room only on the next day. Despite paying for a balcony room, I was provided a cheaper room for one night. This is unfair, and I request that the price difference be refunded at the earliest.

Stayed in superior with Balcony which was spacious and clean. Hotel itself is at a very convenient, central location with Bangla street at walking. 7/11 is next door. Lot of pure veg India restaurants nearby. Has a all night open bar.

Perfect stay and good service as well as good location

The hotel is located at a place that is near to major tourist places and has a good restaurant below the hotel. Jungceylon mall is also nearby. Superior rooms are better than Deluxe rooms. Room housekeeping was timely and nice.

The hotel is in a good location, very near to Patong beach and Bangla road. The rooms are good and sound proof.

It was the great experience there. Overall it was great time staying there

Everything was fine just the check in was a big problem. Our check in time was 2pm we were there at 12:30 but we got the room only at 3:30 as they were aunorganised with the housekeeping. It wasted a lot of time for me.

Great room with neat sheets and toilet also has a pool and a praise worthy ambient, mood light setting you can turn it off or on.

Nice location. Great staff behavior. Food Quality Awesome. The main thing I like that 24 Hours open bar and the staff of the bar.

Rooms are really very good at the price. Almost all the service is offered.

Only beware of the staff as they tried to cheat me by charging for the alcoholic drinks which we didn't consume.
