No options for breakfast. Only omelette, cut fruits and tea/coffee. Liberty plaza is nearby which has good food court and you can go shopping. Front office and our room had big lizards (a big reason for not staying in this hotel) No clean towels, napkins, handwash, soaps, toothbrush and paste in the bathroom.

The white residence never told they are using common hall and common kitchen. Myself and my sister went there and we were shocked to know about this. This could have been avoided if they mentioned in the first place.

We came to Sri Lanka for first time as tourist. We landed at Colombo on 20th September and drove to the hotel, we booked on MMT. Initially we were disappointed as there was no big reception hall as expected of a 3 star hotel. After checking in we found that room was very good, tastefully decorated. It was a boutique hotel set on a residence. Staff was very cordial and Service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. Staff looked after us very well. Would recommend this hotel to couples visiting Colombo for holiday.

While the room is OK (but not brilliant value for money), all the rest is poor. It's not a hotel, more like rooms for rent. We arrived in the evening, and it felt like they do not know how to accommodate guests. It took a long time to get the room because they didn't trust us that we paid through MMY.
