The property is nice, view from the rooms is also amazing (I booked the Sea View Room). Pros: 1. Breakfast buffet is extensive with amazing food options of different cuisines 2. View from room, pool, dining area is beautiful. 3. Location is also accessible. 4. Private beach is available. Cons: 1. There is no hand shower (Bidet) in the washrooms. 2. There are no Fans in the room (it is a beach resort and you can't skip fans in a beach resort).

All good food,room and location of Mount Lavinia Beach Hotel breakfast is also super with both combination of English breakfast and Indian as well but room service I didn’t feel good the response of the room service team quite late apart of that all good stay was nice beautiful beach view.

Excellent location very close to the sea. Very large and spacious room with all amenities. Food is excellent and breakfast spread is extremely varied. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Only there are no lifts to ground floor to breakfast floor

Mount lavinia Mount Lavinia Beach Hotel is a throwback to olden times. The charm, the views, the food and the general demeanor of people - all were absolutely lovely. Enjoyed our 5 day stay there and would actually love to go back again.

The Hotel is quite good and the view from the rooms is amazing. The only issue we faced in the room is related to AC, it doesn’t cool the room.
