Savoy Inn Hotel Apartments

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very bad experience. The customer service was extremely poor – staff did not take guest complaints seriously. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken on time. Issues faced during my stay: No towels were provided in the washroom. Water was leaking from the AC like rain. WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Even after complaining 3 times, they kept saying "we are sending someone" but no one came for hours. No room service or housekeeping was provided throughout my entire 3-night stay. Yet, they still charged a service fee – what service was actually provided? Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was good and comfortable. Staff is really helpful and nice people. You can feel like home here. Location is also good you can easily get a taxi and even local restaurants are near by.

waste of money very Very dirty bed sheets blankets and bathrooms are very congested. Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaning properly. Very old facilities are there. Interior not well maintained. Smell likes shit everywhere reception corridoor etc

We had stay in this hotel for 4 nights first day the room was full of bed bugs then we asked them to change our room also the second room shower was not working internet was too slow when you turn the lights off you will feels like something is biting on your skin I think there is a bed bugs also, had very bad experience I never suggest this hotel to others

When i entered hotel building it was smelly ad pathetic vibe hence i spite of booking i did not check in. Hotel building is big. is even more bigger but not maintened. In middle of night i had to search for another hotel.

Hotel room was not good. Things in room are damage. Washroom pots re damage coming bad smell from room.
