Bad service. Lunch came after 90 minutes of ordering. House keeping did not come even after 2 hours of calling them . The wash basin gets filled with water.

Outstanding experience, everyone is smiling and willing to help. Hotel is clean, spacious and well decorated. Reception are simply amazing, breakfast is outstanding with plenty of varieties for everyone. Room are cozy, clean and has all the required. Swimming pool and spa is another level. I will definitely come back and book again as soon as i travel again to oman.
