Great hospitality with smiling front desk staff. Location was superb, adjacent with grand muscat mall & om-an avenue mall was across the road. Excellent property with perfect value for money.

Breakfast was excellent, however dinner had less choice and was ok. Location is very good, facilities are also very good.

Convenient location next to a mall and close to the city center.

The hotel location is good as it is right next to two malls and connected to one of them which is very convenient. The staff are really nice and a special thank you to the check in staff kristina who checked us in and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast options were varied and extensive and the food tasted good. The only downside is that the restaurant was quite small for the number of guests and some days got very busy. The infinity swimming pool upstairs was really good and the city view from there is amazing. The guy by the pool mr matthews was nice and the kids enjoyed spending time at the pool. The check in and out was also very good and the apartment were spacious and regularly cleaned. The only thing is that the tv didn't have many english options for kids. Overall we had a good time and will visit again!

For a 5 star hotel, i would expect a better service quality. I could not get a baby cod due to busyness pf eid they claimed. During breakfast hours, almost everytinng was finished and we could barely find something to eat. Our room was not tidied up after the first day. So, when i bring all these together, i did not get a 5 star hotel experience out of this trip.

Great location right next to avenues mall and grand muscat mall. With lulu in avenues mall and 2 mins walking distance, its a boon to pickup anything you would need during your stay. The hotel has a great aura and the rooms are big and spacious. Its also in the centre of the city, easible accesible.

Nice hotel, big n clean room, excellent room services, close proximity to malls and downtown, nice food and music night, good quantity of breakfast with different varieties.
