Staff is very nice and helpful, the IntercityHotel Muscat is clean and very comfortable, the location is also convenient (at least for me, i had to switch between two IntercityHotel Muscat because of my work (both are intercity IntercityHotel Muscat) both had the same quality standard, breakfast was great, internet speed is very good, and the whole experience was delightful, i do recommend this IntercityHotel Muscat for sure.

Courteous front desk, they also supported with 3 hours delayed checkout to support the delayed flight of ours which is much appreciated. The breakfast spread was vast and fulfilling. The 24 hour cafe supported our late night work hours. In total a stay of 5 days that supported our business visit
