The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming, making the stay pleasant from start to finish. The cleanliness throughout the property, including the rooms and common areas, was impressive and contributed to a comfortable experience. However, one downside was the lack of vegetarian options during breakfast, which could be improved to cater better to diverse dietary needs.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast buffet has a decent spread. The check in process was super quick. We hardly spent a minute at the counter.

Location is too far from the city.Breakfast was below average.Hotel is kind of old.Staff is very good.Mr Masud nice personality.

the location is pretty far off from most of the places to visit in muscat. although it is close to the airport. the breakfast served was nice. and the rooms were clean

Holiday Inn is a good property, close to the airport, breakfast is pretty elaborated but I never recommend you go for lunch or dinner for buffet. property is quite far away from the downtown ~15 km

Outstanding hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy and well - equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always with a warm smile. The food in the restaurant is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Location is great too. Highly recommended!

In general the stay was ok. However, first breakfast and i saw a cockroach walking on the plates - showed to staff in the restaurant. Wished i had no breakfast included in the stay. Another thing - even being a non smoking hotel we could not sleep for 2 days in our room because of the cigarettes smell. It was just terrible. Being asthmatic i would never opt for this hotel again.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, however the breakfast is the very poor in quality and tasty

Location was very good. House keeping staff should be more responsible. Chef was very cooperative, he managed to pack food for my early morning flight.

Holiday inn seen is ideally located very near to the Muscat airport…the property is top notch in all aspects.. friendly staff, prompt service, excellent breakfast options and clean hygienic rooms… ideal for business stays as well….

The stay was comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Only issue being the breakfast buffet didn’t have a lot of options. It was more of the same thing everyday

Stay was good. Staff was very courteous. I liked the gym a lot. Couldn't use the pool. Maybe next time, i'll use the pool. Also, i liked the dining area near the pool.

We spent two nights here on business and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. It is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. Very very well behaving front desk quick response nice food and very good room boys

Very very nice hotel. Very good staff. Wifi all area.

Neat & clean hotel rooms, lobby & restaurant. Location also very good as it is just opposite to airport and near to big malls. Food quality excellent. Very good swimming pool.

Good to stay. Only problem is less option for vegetarian meals. Staff cooperative. In restaurant staff called ankita helped us for vegetarian curry.
