An Unforgettable Start at Hotel Indigo, Jabal Akhdar! Our stay at Hotel Indigo was nothing short of exceptional. We were delightfully surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a king size canyon room Room 3102 and the view from our balcony was absolutely magnificent, offering a sweeping panorama of the serene mountains. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Nasser and Steffi who made our check-in seamless and effortless. Their hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. The restaurant team deserves equal praise—so cordial and attentive throughout. Given the current low occupancy, they are serving a thoughtfully curated set menu, and every dish has been a delight. The flavors, presentation, and service all exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Jebel Akhdar. A truly memorable experience from start to finish!
