overall good experience... lawn tennis bats were broken and balls not in playable condition. Even at 5.30 pm I was unable to get towels for the swimming pool. Over all cleanliness less compared to last visit

1. Food - Average. Because not much Indian food in breakfast 2. House keeping - Average. 3. Amenities - Good 4. Water park - Good

All the location, food, pool, amenities were so good. But the food and taste was not upto the expectations of 4 star hotel and the varieties were less.

Service need a lot of improvement, they can’t keep up in rush days , also stuff was limited, you can wait for long time for food

I found some insect inside the room the breakfast was very good the blanket not clean, there some sign(not clean well)

Must say what a stay it was.. Everything was so perfect from rooms to food. The new water splash area was the best of all !!!kids really had so much fun.. I highly recommend !! The staff are so polite with very special welcoming guests specially Mr . Abdul Rahman & Ms. Widad Thank you guys for the wonderful hospitality. 💚 Overall it was a superb experience..

Facilities - excelent stay - excelent food - very limited choices for subcontinent or asians

Very good stay experience. Property is very spacious and the hotel provided us with a room upgrade. Thanks for that. Location is 1 hr from muscat and provides pickup and drop facilities. Hotel maybe be a bit pro-active in responding to emails for requests for car etc. Otherwise very good and courteous staff and good facilities.

I really liked the hotel, it was an absolute dream with amazing views only the food wasn’t that great for me, very limited
