location was away from the main city and mainly with targeting the business guests only. have limited to no kids amenities. service was good however. and food was also good

I booked room for a family of four including two children more than ten years old. Apart from the king bed hotel staff arranged a complimentary additional bed. Swimming pool and spa facilities are awesome along with gymnasium. Kids enjoyed the pool table and bowling facilities at nominal charges. In-house restaurant is good for the western and arabic cuisine. The only drawback is remote location from sahar city.

Below average. Would prefer to mark 3 star. It’s very far from town. Slow service. Old entertainment TV not working. Food is average. Doesn’t feel fresh inside room. Old hotel building. Not usual crown standard.

It’s 5star i don’t want to say anything more than it ! stay was pleasant ! important thing is if you like stay somewhere outside city with less traffic or noise this is the best place ! the morning view from the balcony was pleasant.

Location of the hotel is at a good spot, away from hustles of town. Food specially buffet was good enough. But could of have breads like chapathi, pratha etc. Along with baked breads. Service was average as at times it seemed very clumsy. Wrapped individual food delivery to room was said to be available, which when requested was turned down when queried at reception. Later when approached restaurant, it was handled with great service. Face mask was missing as said to offered in itineraries. Overall we had an average experience with not-thing major to complain. Also the room curtains could have option to close and make dark if required during daylight.

Very nice hotel and a great view from both side. Rooms were clean and spacious and well maintained. The check in and check out process was efficient and we did not had to wait. Staff were attentive .
