Very good staff, excellent location. Room had all the facilities and toiletries were provided. We had wonderful experience, at the reception Akash was very helpful

Overall stay was good but a guest should be given an opportunity to chose a room if options are available, like view/smoking etc, here in my case i had forced to chose the room. Also before check in of guest, room should be ready. I had to wait for room slippers and moisturiser for longer period. Overall experience was good.

I had a fantastic stay – the hotel's excellent connectivity made everything convenient. The breakfast was truly delightful. Overall, a wonderful experience..

The room was reasonable, but what bothered me most was that the internet service was unstable and sometimes very slow, especially since i was on a business visit. During my five-day stay, i did not see an employee smiling except for the room cleaning staff, but the receptionists and even the managers were in a state of expression. Overall i don't think i would choose this hotel again.
