A memorable stay!

Starting from farhat's (what a gentlemen he is) welcome upon arrival opening the door of the car, the person who picked and dropped us to the airport, check-in of ahlam, assistance and information from saeed, discussion with riyad & nancy to the restaurant during breakfast and christmas brunch taken care and assisted by naveen, mary, potot, shamol, chef who prepared a special pancake for my daughter, all the chefs who were so polite and smiling, all the restaurant staff who were helpful and welcoming, including the hostess and the person who cleaned our room, the lady in the cafe who was so friendly to our daughter; all staff were very warm and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and felt the christmas family vibe. The only draw back which can definitely not overshadow the entire stay was the extremely impolite and unprofessional lady in the jw family. Which was already addressed to husain and riyad. Nancy was so generous to offer service recovery which i had to politely refuse as we didn't have enough time. But she tried to make it up and in the end awards points. Really appreciate the gesture and i am sure you guys will not let it happen to anyone again.
Wonderful stay in JW
We had a wonderful stay full of Christmas joy and warmth from the staff. Very special mention to Farhat and Boniliza. Mary at the restaurant was also very friendly. Saeed at the concierge was very informative. Had a small issue in the kids' club, but once reported, it was addressed. We receive an apology from a girl Nancy. The JW Marriott Hotel Muscat was beautiful so as the room. Brunch was very yummy and full of options. Breakfast was also very tasty. Service staff and chefs were very accomadative.

The room condition was great, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat was empty. Apparently january is not season for travelers. Staffs were friendly, room service was good
