Bathroom kit was not there. Overall hygienic . Restaurant was good. Delicious food, over all ambience is too good.

Very good location, near to hotels and shopping mall. good reception.Hotel cleaning was good, but could have provided brush and paste.Mild hot water available, hair dryer available. Neat and clean room with safe lock and a small refrigerator.

My experience with ibis is worst,at first there was no one to receive us or our luggage.we have to carry our luggage to room by our own, receptionist was rude,and they charged 10ro extra for early check in.

Well the property exterior lobby all good. The issue is with the room. Visible cracks in sink and bath floor.very dirty curtains with accumulated dust. Carpet floor is dusty. Okay for a night stay but we were forced to stay for eight nights since a non refundable booking. There are better properties in that area.

Good property in Muscat, very close to our client' s business place. Good facilities and wonderful staff both at the front desk as well as housekeeping. Few improvement suggestions: 1. Include more options of vegetarian food in the breakfast 2. Add fire stick to TV or install Smart TVs so it is easier for guests to watch content of their desire rather than Arabic / Egyptian channels for news and entertainment

ended up getting rashes and some skin disease not sure because of the bed or other external reasons but probably the bed, the room is a bit compact and the washroom shower is also very compact. Food is also expensive.

The hotel is affordable, the rooms are nice clean and well maintained. The staff is well informed and professional.

It was good, some works were going on at the front door.

The front desk staff was the most helpful people around and made my stay and visiting places all the more convenient

It was quite average. They does not provide coffee sachet at room. Only one tea bag. For early check in they have charged too high. And also given check in after one hour.

Let's talk about oman. It’s a calm and beautiful place. The people here are extremely polite and helpful. The ibis hotel is very beautiful and features amazing people and food.
