Good room, cozy bed, there were no dental kits at the room, have to ask for it. Breakfast is good but not much of Asian choices.

Its a namesake for Hilton, not as Hilton standards Rooms are fine but staff is lazy. We called many times for service but nobody turned up during first attempt. Boy who came to make up bed from sofa, was watching his mobile while working and same was observed with other staff members in corridor. During checkout, nobody picked up phone at reception hence we had to carry luggage on our own. Will not stay here again, its overpriced

it's very comfortable and with lovely staff ,and I enjoyed wine and food . the hotel is comfortable I am happy with it

The hotel was in a prime location, making it very convenient and easily accessible. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the rates were reasonable. However, the food options were limited, and during my week-long stay, the menu remained the same each day, which became repetitive. Overall, a comfortable stay but could improve in dining variety.

I had a great stay. And this was my second time i booked this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was available, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

1.Hotel Dining Service is pathetic …had to talk to F& B ManagerJeff who promptly corrected things 2.Not much options for Indian Veg in the Restaurant 3 Wake up call was forgotten by the front office…Just the standard im so sorry…flt missed its your headache…4.No Service to pick up your luggage early morning…Overall a pathetic experience…Not recommended …Dont get carried away by the name…

With one word: Hilton Quality. Helpful front desk. Muskat is worth seeing it. Hotel is located in the city center

Not a true hilton experience in my opinion. While the rooms are good, the hospitality is lacking. I would give it a 5 stars for the buffet dinner and breakfast we had. Food was great and the service in the restaurant was also great. What i felt lacking was the lack of clear communication/sign boards and directions while entering the hotel itself during check in. The pool was also a let down, pretty small and the pool washrooms were quite dirty with empty bottles of soaps. Big experience let down here. One other thing which was a let down was the lack of universal plug point options in a hotel of this scale. We found some alternative even in 1/2 star hotels we stayed in oman, but they didn’t seem to have any help to offer in that space as well. Would definitely go back for the food but would avoid it from a dull experience point of view.

The room was huge and nice, even with a fully equipped kitchen, they had a nice pool and gym and i really liked that they had a guest laundry section to do our laundry. The service was also good, they also let us extend our checkout time by 2 hours. Over all a good experience

Hotel location is very good, clean hotel, rooms are good, breakfast has good options for indians. 3-4 indian restaurants in walking distance. Few malls are at driving distance.
