Hotel’s location suits perfectly for a tourist as it’s near the airport and the main city as well. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable to stay for a relatively long period. I am happy for choosing Novotel.

We have booked the property for the last day of our vacation since the hotel is located near to the airport and also close to al mouj marina, a must visit place in muscat, oman. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are specious and clean. Perfect for business traveler and also appropriate for family. Checkin is smooth and found the room neat and clean and all the amenities are functional. No complain about anything, even we got the wake up call at 5am bang on time. Issue was the checkout. It was around 7am, when we had to checkout to catch our flight. Called several times for someone to help us with luggage, since we are travel-ling with a children thus we have few extra baggages. None responded for almost half an hour, finally someone picked up and said he was alone at the desk and coming, i gave up and myself picked all the luggage’s and get down at the lobby then i saw the only person exist at the front lobby is the front desk operator and he was about to bring the trolley all by himself. You can’t expect that from an established group to have such shortage of people working, the guy tried his best to accommodate the luggage and help us but where you would find the fade is also working with luggage, i asked him not to worry and to complete our checkout, we put the luggage’s on the cab and did the checkout formalities which didn’t took much time. We didn’t have breakfast so don’t know about food however pool and gym station look quite good. I wish management would definitely look into the staff management and have people on board for seamless service

Excellent interior and services. As vegetarian, a limited food was available in breakfast. The location close to airport and exhibition centre was added advantage.

My stay was good but we were made to wait for a long time till a bell boy could come out and take our luggage. My husband had to wait outside with our bags at 1 am.

The stay at novotel muscat was awesome. The welcome was handled professionally. The best behaviour of housekeeping boys with their greetings and smile. The most i liked and loved about was the lady at restaurant greeting all the guests with a beautiful smile and checking on the stay. Handling the toddlers with grace, patience and playful. One of the best stay experience we had.

We requested vegetarian breakfast. They did whatever they could do to arrange veg meal for us.

Hotel was very close to the airport. Was clean, staff was friendly and food was also delicious
