The Muscat Plaza Hotel

Hotel was well maintained and managed. Rooms were super clean, service was good

Staffs are not customer friendly. They try to fool us saying different excuses. There are 800 tv channels, all arabic only. Breakfast was really horrible. Ac was not proper. Swimming pool heating was not working. I have complaint all on first day of my 3 days stay. No actions on anything. The worst hotel i stayed so far. This hotel spoiled my vacation in muscat.

Rooms are good & spacious. But no proper toiletries. Reception not helpful with any information. Also on checkin although we had 3 rooms booked fully paid, they were initially arguing only 1 room was booked. Wasted some time at nit as we had late check-in. Don't keep any milk powder sachets in room

We had arrived exactly at the check in time which was mentioned as 3pm, the receptionist mentioned there's no booking confirmation received even after showing them the booking confirmation. She let us wait again for 30 minutes finding in their system and then we were asked to wait again as the room was not ready. No room service or cleaning service provided by the hotel, even the towels were not replaced. There's no parking space reserved for the guests, we had to park the car outside on the streets. Breakfast was terrible, limited items and some were prepared from the previous day. Not recommended for families.

Some issues for breakfast because there no showing my name then i went to reception they arrange to me

Property is good & rooms are also good but room service was very poor. Admin staff are good and helpful. My suggestion for hotel administration need to improve room service.

Hotel room is very good and full species, they provide tea, coffee, water bottles etc. Also it has mini freeze.

Wifi internet was bad. Rest everything was good. We connected our personal internet

It was nice experience to stay at muscat plaza hotel. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Property is situated at good location. Easy to access everything from property. Food is very hygienic and delicious. Overall it was good property to stay

I recently stayed at muscat plaza hotel, and while the accommodation was decent considering the price, i must say the service left a lot to be desired. The telephones were not working during my stay, and housekeeping was quite poor, as they didn't provide basic amenities like tea powder and sugar. Additionally, there was no remote for the tv units, which was quite inconvenient. Another drawback was that the two-bedroom family room had only one toilet, which was not ideal for a family stay. On a positive note, the breakfast served was good, and the hotel's location was convenient. Plus, there was ample free parking space outside the hotel. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option, but don't expect top-notch service or amenities.

Break fast need to be improve. It was not follow the time schedule to available the items. Facilities in room are perfect.

Hotel was good, rooms are big, breakfast spread was fantastic. Front office was not good, they made us wait for more than 30 minutes to check in. Location was good. Overall good place to stay
