We spent 3 nights there and on the last night, someone was hammering and drilling at midnight! i called the reception and they were reactive but why drilling at midnight in a hotel!

soloMy makemytrip booking could not be found and hence had to make another on the spot booking, the hotel front desk was not helpful nor supportive. I need to be refunded the double booking amount from the hotel. Extremely disappointed how unhelpful and transactional front desk was, almost looked like they wanted me to book again.
