Ramada Encore by Wyndham Muscat Al-Ghubra

The Hotel was Ok. Smaller rooms. Did not eat food there, so won't comment on it. It Is a hotel for bachelor business executives

It was a very pleasant stay - the room was large and comfortable, modern / new and everything was just put together very nicely. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was good too, and all in all, was a really good stay

Location is good staff is also helpful but hotel has parking issue so if you coming in your own car it will be slightly difficult for you. Stay was overall ok.

It was a decent stay at this property. Hygiene was taken care of and staff was very decent and well behaved. Room sizes were decent. Food was fine but for pure vegetarian people the options are very very limited. Overall a very good stay.

It was overall a good experience. Smooth checkin, good location good food ! the staff are welcoming and polite.

Property is good with centrally located there breakfast spread is very basic and limited with no service u need to remind the staff again and again for the food to refill which never get filled on time they need to work on their service otherwise hotel is good.

Location is, just on main road and lot of restaurants nearby. Avenue mall nearby where you can take your children as small amusement park is located in it very good

Ramada encore is a good property at the very center of the muscat. The property was fully booked at the time of our stay. There were plenty of families and kids that were there. Facility is nice but bathroom is not good. The essential shampoo, lotion and conditioner were basic and were in big bottles that were difficult to use. The size of the wash basin was such that only adult can access. It was not possible to use by kids. Property has many nearby landmarks and tourist places nearby. Best shopping malls such muscat grand mall, muscat avenue malls and smaller shopping centers are next to the hotel. There are plenty of dining options from vegetarian to non vegetarian food. Hyderabadi restaurants are a plenty.

The ramada is located near restaurants and malls and fairly close to most sites. I had a half-board. Bad idea. The food is underwhelming to say the least. The room however, is comfortable.

Excellent business hotel, located 10 min from airport, near major malls and hospitals. Stayed for 5 nights with half board, decent restaurant on location with buffet breakfast and dinner. Prompt service and housekeeping, would recommend it.

Stay and facilities was excellent.

Poor front office service. Unprofessional.

Bathroom water choked in shower area and wash basin too.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Food is okayish. Pool had warm water. My son enjoyed his time. Overall worth the money.
