The location and hotel hygiene, ambience and amenities are not less than any star hotel. As a frequent traveler, I have some or the other complaints in hotels, but thos is one is absolutely classic and flawless hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for business professionals !

Very warm and hospitable staff. The taxis allocated outside hotel charge exorbitantly Slow room service. Breakfast Buffet had good vegetarian choices. Jumani, Adnan, Ali on front desk are very helpful and proactive. Thank you

2. Room was an average 3. Bathroom quality was poor as it was old styled bathroom with no exhaust and mirror was damaged 4. Same breakfast for 5 night stay, very boring, monotonous and last day i didn't have it due to repetition of menu. Bf should change by at least 50% items

My booking canceled by mm t and come to know at reception. I was with family 3adult and 1 child. Contacting mm t is big issue at that moment. I was coming from outside 200km away. Very bad experiance and now asking for review. What a joke.

Staff are friendly, quite place, good view, good breakfast, i didn't feel they have good options for lunch as their menu was not illustrated enough and the options are limited, i didn't like the taxi company which is directly waiting beside the hotel asking to go only with them not with other taxi in unprofessional way.

The furniture was looking quite old with polish went off and the fabric of chairs was also lost his finish needs a renovation

Was given a “wheelchair accessible” room without being informed in advance. The “masala tea” in the breakfast was dead cold and the waiter seemed to be least bothered about it. What surprises me is that a “wheelchair accessible” room was given to a mm t customer. Either i need to stop using mm t or never prefer this hotel in the future.

Location is perfect, few of the biggest shopping malls like lulu, ikea at walkable distance. Tasty breakfast, nice reception service, enough big rooms, house keeping is good.
