Bigger rooms with sea view . Very spacious room and had designs like old palace kind of. Neatly maintained swimming pool is essential to mention. ok

A perfect blend of experiences. Although got information that the hotel is under re-innovation, it is never felt and nowhere seen. Managed by the team superbly

Property is really good but we could not get the benefit to use the Swimming Pool as the renovation was ongoing. Staffs are amazingly helpful, Breakfast was properly briefed by Abdullah, He was good in serving and taking care of us while we enjoyed some Live Menus, Reception was also very helpful and allowed us Late Check Out upto 04 pm as our flight was in the evening.Overall a good and relax stay Property is really good but we could not get the benefit to use the Swimming Pool as the renovation was ongoing. The hotel staff was welcoming, cooperative, and provided excellent service. However, the overall experience was affected by a few maintenance issues. The swimming pool was under renovation, and there was a noticeable smell of paint at the main entrance. Additionally, the presence of flies and small insects was a bit unpleasant, and the carpets appeared worn out. With some improvements in cleanliness and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

Rooms are good in size but feel old. View of the sea is nice. Food was average and the wifi slow. Overall not representative of the grand hyatt brand

Facilities were really bad. Swimming pool wasnt working and no one told us, water was always too hot, there was no shattaf in the washroom

I find the property location well on time and i reached there as well. I booked a room at 1:20 and i reached the property ar 2:40. But make my trip didnt intimate the hotel guys that i have made a booking with the hotel. I have to wait almost 2 hours at the front desk. And its like i was trusting mm t in these things. But now onward s i will not and i m gonna delete this mm t app

Not value for money. The property has become too old & is undergoing refurbishment. So at this time this property ratings must be downgraded and charge less so people understand it & then decide to book or not to not at all hyatt standards & the hotel chain must take appropriate steps

Good place and nice staff But the rooms need more lighting and the bathrooms need a bidet

Nice and big with very ornate ambience. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, lots of restaurants to choose from and served a good breakfast. Spent only one night but was a comfortable stay. Dinner at the Indonesian restaurant by the sea was nice.
