Very poor service No amenities But the staff was co operative Location wise it is a Gud place to stay

I had a bad experience at this hotel. I had checked out on the same day due to AC not working in the room. also they had given me another room but I am not satisfied with the room. There are so many coackroaches in the room. They have not even clean the room when I checked in. There are no towels in the room. And the most important thing is I have paid money for the sea view room but they had not given me the sea view room although they were trying to accommodate me in other room

Located excellently in mid of alkhuwair heart . Bus station is just nearby for a budget friendly traveller like me.8 number bus is like a boon.

All was good, reception, room, morning breakfast.

Hotel is at good location, the staff is very cooperative, rooms are good, swimming pool is also good.

Average rooms with old furnishing, basic amenities and ok cleanliness. This property definitely had seen better days in the past. What made the stay bearable was the helpful housekeeping staff which was very efficient in trying to provided required assistance to hotel guest despite the shortcomings in the room itself. Breakfast spread was also highly commendable.

Excellent stay! the rooms were comfortable and located in the busy area. Staff is great and overall a nice stay!

Moreover, the entire staff exhibited kindness and a readiness to help, making my visit all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, i would wholeheartedly recommend the platinum to anyone seeking not only quality service but also a welcoming atmosphere. Their exceptional staff and humble management truly make a difference in the overall experience.

location is good !! food is average some items are very poor , cold & bad in taste so food side is 👎. facilities are ok but pool was so dirty. so, like the location & size of room other things are disappointed

Prime location and very very friendly staff. Also they have not charged for extra bottles of water, immediate room service.

Fabulous hotel with very good service. Enjoyed delicious and excellent Indian veg food. There are all required facilities. Extremely enjoyed hospitality.
