The property is situated at walking distance from Sultan Quaboos Grand Mosque. The room which was given to us, was pretty old and not maintained at all. The balcony door itself came off its hinges .

It is located in a prime location- gubra, which in my opinion is the best location to stay for tourists. The hotel reception service and check in & out was exceptional. I have tried many hotels & this had the fastest reception request service. The staffs are very welcoming and kind. I believe it’s the om-an nature( uae resident. The hotel was well worth the price, neat & tidy. My ed holidays was indeed made better for part of this reason. Will definitely choose the same hotel next time.
