Contact number is not available and check in details is not shared. Number mentioned is not correct. Went to so-ho suites and asked the reception office for checkin and they asked for contact. Called the number provided but no answer. Informed reception attender that apartment of Betty roux. Reception officer searched and gave the number. They strictly declined early check in and provided the check in details in the afternoon. Till that time i booked another hotel for a day (full day charge) for refreshment as this appartment didn't allowed to keep the bagages atleast. Due to this 200 rm is spent for half day refreshment. In the night when i enter the appartment and i got shocked another guest is inside the appartment. It is shared kitchen and hall but private bedrooms. No body wash or shower gel in the bathroom. Only handwash. Apartment owner said that hand-was as combination of bodywash + shampoo. Blue color hand wash only there. Sometime heater not working, ac cool is not enough. Only plus point is from the room view kl tower. Worst ever seen in my life. Additional charge rm 60 is collected for 2 hour late check out.
