Shymbulak Resort Hotel

Rude staff, can't speak any other language other than local language. They won't even make an effort and are dismissive. Not sure how this hotel is functioning. Only saving grave is its location. Horrible experience. I recommend not to stay here.

The resort offers a magnificent view of snow clad mountains. Rooms are neet and clean and good English speaking staff.

Wasn't able to reach the hotel. Could have mentioned before that we need to book battery cars. We had to book another hotel .

An amazing experience at the hotel.Reminded me of some of the snow capped mountain hotels.The check in was very smooth and seamless and so was the check out.The rooms were good and provided good heating since it was extremely cold in the night.The view was amazing and the only regret is that it was a very short stay at the hotel.

This was the best experience i had in my life. What a property and facilities. Definitely will come again 10/10

This resort is very beautiful, clean and cosy. Rooms are nicely decorated. You can watch outside view from the room itself.

Shymbulak resort hotel is an average place to stay with basic amenities. The bathroom was permanently smelling awful. The receptionist was rude and denied our booking in the first go without checking properly. The breakfast was below average. Overall 1/10

Rooms are small. But the location makes up for everything. The food is okay, veg options are limited but at least they had some. The heated pool is great

Excellent resort with all modern amneties, view is amazing, central heating is perfect, breakfast is average.
