La Palm Hotel

Worst stay in any property in my life so far. There were insects on the bed and wardrobe. When i asked to change the room, they have shifted us to another room but the issue remains there. Finally, after lot of discussion, they shifted us to another room, but all night we have to bear sound of some kind of machine. I reported about this to night manager but he was drunk and rude. Instead of taking any action, he was telling me to book another hotel. Worst experience and stay so far in my life. How can hotel allow their night duty staff to drink alcohol and talk non-sense with their guest. I heard first time that hotel staff is asking guest to book another hotel. Why should i book another hotel, when i paid for stay.

Location was good, very close to indian restaurant & main market. Breakfast needs lot's of improvements. Kitchen not available all the times, not even for baby's milk. Very helpful staff.

La palm hotel was really very nice. Had a very good experience staying there. Breakfast was really very nice and staff was friendly and nice. Manager igor was very friendly abd helped alot with travel-ling part. Overall the experience was amazing. Would love to visit dendro gold hotel again. Lovely experience. Thank you

a trip to hanoi is amazing and hotel is reasonable price . compare to service and staff assistance . location is super right in the old quarter . specially thank you lili who arrange your and healing trip were great memorable trip. all in all great .

Hotel is clean and the service is good. But the option for veg are less. Overall an average stay.

The stay was comfortable. The Spring Flower hotel in Hanoi is clean and having all the amenities which a 3 star hotel requires. The only thing is that you will not find too much of variety in food include breakfast, lunch and dinner. And for veg people it is hard to find the meal. Average stay enjoyed.

Chose this hotel as its at good location on old quarter. Rest all is OK.
