Hanoi Liliane Hotel and Travel

Our stay was overall satisfactory, though there were a few challenges. Cons: • The room was quite small, but this was already mentioned in the description and it was kept clean. • We faced an issue with the bathroom door getting stuck several times, and although the staff were prompt in helping us each time, the problem was not fixed during our stay. We eventually avoided locking the bathroom to prevent inconvenience. • The ceiling fan stopped working, but the staff kindly provided a pedestal fan. While this was thoughtful, it did make the small room feel a bit cramped. Pros: • The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Most attractions were within walking distance, and Grab rides were easily available. • Breakfast was good, especially considering the budget. • The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall: While there were some inconveniences, the good location, warm staff, and value for money made the stay acceptable.

Hanoi liliane hotel is in middle of Old quarter. Most of the places are walkable distance (10-15 mins walk). Room was big enough to occupy 3 guests. Bathroom could have been bigger. Plus point of this hotel is it's staff. Receptionists Ann, Hui, helped us in arranging pickup/drop and they can speak, understand English very well. Breakfast could have been better by arranging more vegetarian dishes, pastries, bakery items. Hotel responds on time to your email queries.All in all, satisfied with the paid value.

location is alright clouser to the lake. rooms are small and a bit noisy. Breakfast is alright and the staff is verycordial.

We landed early morning at the hotel, hotel staff was very kind enough to provide us space for 3-4 hrs for much needed sleep. Rooms are good. Location is good.
