Little Diamond Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The location was good and convenient. However, the food options were repetitive, as the same dishes were served every day, which became monotonous. There was also an issue with the room design — light from the lobby entered through a window in the room, and there was no proper covering to block it. This was quite uncomfortable and felt unusual for a hotel setup.

Getting a hotel like little Diamond Hotel with prime location, excellent service with delicious breakfast at budget friendly rate had made the trip far better than expected.

Great choice to stay in hanoi old quarters, the only area in hanoi. Everything is close from here. Night market 5 min walking distance. Train street 1.5 km.

Big room, sparkling washroom, 2 single beds, crisp clean linen and comforter , chilling ac, excellent location in old quarter. Overslept so can't rate breakfast. Priced 1710 inr per night great deal.

Hotel is in old quarter. Having good experience. Water bottle was not good. Small bathrooms. Hotel having breakfast taste very bad , food items not properly cooked

They are not friendly... not adjusted for 1 min also.. not polite.. for Outisde country Tourist they were so good for there regional tourist. which attitude ia not good for there Tourist business. Best Wishes to them

The staffs were very nice and helpful. They kept our luggage in luggage room even after checking out.The room was clean and service was good.

Hotel location is good but room was small in shape, furniture is old, No mirror in room except toilet which is also small mirror

Cons (you know things are really really bad, when you list the cons first): No phone in the room. Have to WhatsApp if you have to ask for anything. Bad bathroom, bad and leaky fittings. Old and worn-out interiors. The lobby lights were off. It was spooky. Pros: Location Recommendation: Avoidable.

Location wise good, market just few minutes walkable distance. Staff was very helpful in checking in 3 am in the morning due to flight delay. Overall ok

the stay was overall good but rooms ought to be cleaner. there's a lady receptionist in the hotel, i think her behaviour is bad.

Property is located in center and everything is at a walking distance. Rooms are small than they look in picture and that is scenario with all hotels located in old quarter. They are not into much hospitality but make sure basics are covered so its perfect for those who just need to freshen up, and sleep in night.

We came on very early at 5 am, found the shutter shut got scared, but once we called they opened and upgraded us to a decent room. Really thankful to get few hours of sleep. Very good location with food places across and within.

I have experienced an excellent stay. Cost friendly and had an amazing service. Great food with delicious tastes.

The hotel is good clean, staffs are good co operative, break fast was good for non vegetarian coustomer, should add more veg items preferably indian dishes.
