This is tallest building of hanoi with mall and cinema in the same building. Service is top notch - we requested for indian vegetarian food and they cooked specially for us. View is superb - on a clear day you can see 360 degree view of hanoi. Rooms are specious and equipped with modern amenities.

I have stayed in Hanoi in several properties. It’s the best. It’s a mixed development with a mall and Lotte Hotel Hanoi in same premises. Breakfast on 63rd floor is amazing and view from the rooms and from the top is also very nice. Staff is warm.

The Lotte Hotel Hanoi is one of the best in hanoi. It is pretty close to old quarter area. The rooms are ultra luxury. Breakfast options are little less for vegetarians and vegan individuals.
