Full marks for location, food and services. We had to leave early in the morning twice to visit tourist spots and the SQ Hang Gai Hotel and Spa staff was curtious to provide us packed breakfast at 6 in the morning. Every time was asked for something, the staff tried their best to fulfill it. The only problem we had was when we checked in at 2 am and there was a shortage of people to handle our check in. Once past that, it was a smooth sail through out.
