room was good but breakfast megor is non veg. only rice and bred with jamm is veg. amenities, safety and hygiene good food megor non vegetarian staff knows English language

yes , it was good near to it there are local markets and indian restaurants, all together stay was good

The hotel was located well. The ac in the room was leaking water. The breakfast was not upto the mark.

Mayflower hotel hanoi is situated in a busy road of old quarters. The street which is empty in the morning transforms into a christmas shopping street in the evening. All travel destinations from hanoi pick up from old quarters, so it is convenient to stay here. Hotel is good with very friendly staff. Food is limited for indian vegetarians, but others may like it. Room is tidy and clean. Hot water available always for bath. Overall, a good stay.

Worst room and service staff, they dont have bath towels and cockroaches found in room, worst and terrible experience

When i am booking hotel mayflower that time show room size is 194 sq mt when i check in hotel i gone to room that time i seen d room is were were small baat room also were were were small its not clean and water is not passing water is stopped thare only.

The room was terrible and extremely small, wasn’t clean enough too! got there after a tiring day and expected to get some rest but seeing the room was a total disappointment, didn’t expect this from mm t

The property is not worth for any review. Very pathetic i must say rooms are so small when i checked it, the dustbin wasn't clean, which had condoms n few stuffs. Room m bed is so small that it difficult for 2 pax also to accommodate, only plus was staff but rest all was so pathetic. Water started leaking from the ac. Really so disappointed. Make my trip shouldn't partner with such hotel

Room was very comfortable and clean, receptionists were very helpful and friendly

The connectivity to the main market is very nice and every thing is walkable. Very good service also.

The room was small, the washrooms were clean but cramped. The washroom fittings were not convenient either. The staff were pleasant, but were not always responsive.

Right in the middle of night life! courteous staff. Gave me early checkin as well. Also suggested tour plans and local sight seeing. )

The hotel is well located. The staff courteous and helpful. Rooms clean well maintained. Only drawback is they charge 100000 vtd per hour for early check in or late check out.

Stay was comfortable. Receptionist was very helping. Hotel is at very center of the old quarters of hanoi. Easy to explore and if you are from india, restaurants are also available near to this hotel. Overall my experience at staying this hotel was satisfactory. No that's pretty much everything i wanted to say

It is not so attractive, but if you are plan to stay in the hotel for a very short time you can book it. Everything is average.
