Location is great if you want to be in an area which has lot of restaurants, coffee shops, street side craft beer bars, street side shops etc. While is not a luxurious La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi, but does the job and is value for money. Staff is courteous and kind. Front desk Staff is helpful and gave good recommendations on places to visit, shop and eat. Overall a great stay and value for money.

There were many Indian restaurants near the La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi. The La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi staff was very helpful and caring. Overall, our experience was very good.

Extremely helpful and cheerful staff. They go out of the way to guide and help. Good variety in buffet meals. Cleanliness is maintained in the entire premises through the day. Adequate facilities in the rooms. Worth the money. Happy to have stayed there.

Staff is very accommodating and helpful, room is nice but little bit old and needs to be cleaner. Food in the sky bar is average but the view and ambience is good
