The pool was so small

The rooms was OK. But no value for money. They couldnot trace my pnr number and took a long time. They charge you for phone chargers if you ask them. The bell boys were very good and willing to help. Compared to other Sheraton Hanoi Hotels the staff spoke decent english

The furniture etc is slightly dated. But, the maintenance is top class. Roomy bathrooms and spacious rooms.

We were on a family vacation but found the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel more suited for business purposes. The stay was comfortable but the service and experience could have been better

Very central to town. Rooms are very spacious and service is excellent. Great breakfast too.
